Refund policy

Our refund policy is simple. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping is non-refundable. To inquire about possibly returning a part, email taotaopartshouse@gmail.com or use the "Contact Us" tab. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. While some Chinese power sports parts may work for other brands, our parts are only guaranteed to fit Tao Tao machines. If one orders a part for a machine other than a Tao Tao Machine and it doesn't work, this is not grounds for a full refund.
